…You can purchase spots in the courses you need at any time, using one of three payment methods: Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or E-Wallet Balance (Credit). Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1. “Courses and Groups”:
Go to the menu at the top of the company homepage and select “Courses and Groups”
Step 2. “Buy Courses”:
A submenu will appear; select the “Buy Courses” option:
Step 3. Select Course and Number of Seats:
This will take you to the Course Store, where you can select A. the course and B. the number of seats required.
Note:
• The minimum purchase is 5 seats (regardless of whether it is an open or closed purchase)
• If you previously purchased a promotional package or wallet (open purchase), you can use your balance to purchase seats in quantities of 1 or more for any course until your balance is depleted.
• If you purchase outside of a package or wallet (closed purchase), you will need to purchase a minimum of 5 seats for each course you choose.
Step 4. Add to Cart:
Once you have selected the “number of seats” for one or more courses, click the “Add to Cart” button.
Step 5. View the total in your cart:
In the upper right corner, you’ll see the total amount in your cart.
Step 6. Checkout:
Once you’ve added all the required items to each course, you can click “Checkout” (A).
If you’d like to see a summary of your selected courses, simply click “View Cart” (B).
Step 7. Billing Information: (This step is skipped for purchases made via e-wallet – credit)
Verify that your billing information is correct and select:
A. Payment method used
B. Use of CFDI
C. If applicable, enter the Promotional Package Code in “Order Notes”
Step 8. Select the desired payment method:
You can choose one of the three available payment methods. Options A and B are commonly used for direct purchases on the platform, and option C is recommended when you have a balance in your e-wallet:
A. Bank Transfer
B. Credit Card
C. Credit (This option is available via “Monedero” only if you have a balance in your e-wallet).
Step 9. Complete Your Order:
To complete your order, simply:
A. Check the box next to “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions” and
B. Click “Place Order.”
Remember that it will take a few seconds for your order to be processed, and that’s it! You’ve completed your purchase.
Note: Seat Release
• For closed or direct purchases made on the Platform, if payment was made via bank transfer or credit card, the seats for your order will be released once the payment is confirmed by the recipient. Please send proof of payment to atencion@abrevius.com.
• For open purchases via e-wallet, payment is made using credit (e-wallet balance), and the seats are released automatically and instantly.
