The participant will learn basic aspects applicable to performance control, focusing on the company’s strategic objectives, in order to contribute to the strategic planning established by management, through the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and key performance indicators (KPIs) that they can apply in their work activities and functions within the organization to achieve effective work results.
