Participants will learn about the importance of energy isolation, as well as the consequences of ignoring the proper process that must be followed, and will identify the responsibilities of those involved in order to implement safety measures to prevent accidents, injuries, and even death during activities in the workplace.
Intended for:
Basic training course designed for workers in industry in general, as well as construction workers, operational personnel, technical personnel, and laborers who need to know the general safety measures for Energy Lockout and Tagout in maintenance work activities in facilities where they are exposed to the start-up of machinery and equipment, electrical discharge, or fluid discharge from pipes at any time during their workday in workplaces within the national territory, with the purpose of preventing serious injuries or accidents in accordance with NOM-029-STPS-2011 and related regulations.
